Arrivals/Departures
- Check in starts at 3 pm.
- Check out time is 11 am
- Early arrival/departure may be possible based upon the availability of your site. A fee of $10.00 per each hour increment will be charged. The guest must contact the office to arrange.
Site maintenance
- We will ensure that the site will be clean upon arrival. Please ask that the site will be in clean condition upon departure
- Trash must be placed in the dumpster
- Fire rings cannot be moved
- Only one RV is allowed per site with one tow vehicle and one golf cart. All additional vehicles will need to be stored in. a designated location and charged an extra vehicle fee.
- All sewer hoses must have a watertight rubber collar. Please ensure all hookups are in good working order.
- All RV’s must be in good condition and well-maintained
Occupancy
- Renter must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID. The ID’s of all guests over the age of 16 must be scanned and entered into the guest file
- Only those adults and children indicated on the registration forms are permitted on site.
Guests must be registered at the office for a fee per person will be applied. Guests are not permitted on property during quiet time.
Modes of transportation and parking
- The speed limit in the resort is 10 mph and is strictly enforced.
- Individuals without a current driver’s license may not operate any motorized vehicle on the property
- Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per site (this includes the camper and the tow vehicle). Extra vehicles may park at the nearest overflow parking spot.
- The property parking tab must be clearly visible on the driver’s side windshield.
- No parking on the grass, the streets or vacant campsites is allowed.
- Testing, repairs, tuning or maintenance of vehicles or RV is prohibited.
- Electric golf carts are allowed to be driven in the park. They must stay on paved roads. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age and have a current driver’s license. Proof of insurance must be on file with the office
- No gas golf carts, ATV’s, dirt bikes or other off-road vehicles are allowed to be driven on resort property.
- Motorcycles are only to be used entering or exiting the resort.
- No boats, jet skis or boat trailers are allowed on your site. If you have these items, they should be parked in a designated area.
- We love pets. Pet fees may apply, per pet with a max of two. Please cleanup after your pet and maintain control by leash at all times. We do not have breed restrictions, but we ask that all pets be well-behaved and non-aggressive. Aggressive or excessive barking pets will be asked to leave.
Quiet time
- Between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, please be respectful of your fellow campers by keeping your voices and entertainment media at a low level.
- Children under 18 must be on their site by dusk.
- Management reserves the right to remove anyone for behavior detrimental to the resort and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the resort
Dog Policy
At RVPM and Honest RV Parks, we love dogs, and we strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests who want to share their camping experience with their furry companions. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow our dog policy:
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not permitted. If your dog displays protective or unfriendly behavior towards strangers, we kindly request that you do not bring them to our park. If such behavior is observed, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
- Pet restrictions may vary among our locations. Some parks have limited or no availability for units or cabins that allow pets. We encourage dog owners to call in advance to check availability and discuss their situation.
- Registered service dogs are welcome at all RVPM/Honest RV parks and are subject to the same rules and restrictions listed here.
- We welcome a maximum of two dogs per site.
- All dogs must have documentation of current vaccinations. We may ask you to provide copies of vaccination records to our office before you check in.
- All dogs must be under their owners’ control and visual supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended or tied up outside.
- Except in designated off-leash dog park amenity areas, all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet anytime they are outside.
- Non-service dogs are not allowed in common-area buildings or pool areas. Registered service dogs must be wearing visible tags to enter these areas.
- Disruptive, excessive, or uncontrolled barking is not allowed. If barking persists and becomes a nuisance to fellow guests, we may (at our sole discretion) ask the owner and the dog to leave.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste in designated bins.
- Pet owners are responsible for any injuries, damage, or disturbances caused by their pets to other guests, park staff, or visitors.
- RVPM is not responsible for the safety of your dog(s), or for any loss, damage, or injury caused to or by our four-legged guests.
Acknowledgement
- All guests must acknowledge these rules according to the rules and regulations on the website AND they are to sign the Registration Form.
